Starting somewhere

A first post mostly for me to see how this works.  I found a cool picture on wikipedia while I was trying to think up different name ideas for the blog.

It came from the page on electrical breakdown and shows the pattern left from physical changes in a dielectric when an electrical breakdown occurs.  That's it for right now!
